Rare: Cool Red Center
Medium Rare: Warm Red Center with a Hint of Pink
Medium: Warm Pink Center
Medium Well: Some Pink in the Center
Well Done: No Pink Cooked all the Way Through

We pride ourselves on serving quality steaks and are happy to prepare to your liking, although we do not recommend cooking beyond medium as this will result in less natural juices and a less flavorful steak.
